As a small guy with limited skills, I tend to be the jobber. Because of this, "stakes" for me tend to be one sided. So with one of my regular wrestling buds, I came up with a way for me to "win" and claim stakes and wanted to share. So far we've tried this about 5 or so times, and I have managed to pull off a couple of "wins"
The match is conducted in rounds, starting at 5 minutes. Each round has mini-stakes, and the loser will have to be punished. If the jobber submits at any time during the round he loses the round and is "punished" for the remaining time left in the round. However, if the jobber goes the entire length of the round WITHOUT submitting, he wins the round and the heel is punished for the length of the round.
Punishments are agreed upon beforehand, and we have our own special ones, depending on what makes the jobber (me) submit. I like gut punishment and ball busting and my bud favors claws and bearhugs. So if I submit to a claw or bearhug, my punishment is gut or ball work; if I submit to gut or ball work my punishment is a claw or bearhug. Finally, if I submit to any other type of hold, the punishment is humiliation or erotic such as a crotch to face pin or being jacked off while in a hold. In lieu of punishment the heel can chose a special reward like forcing me to remove my gear or adding time to the round length. If I "win" the round, I can choose any punishment for the heel, or I can chose a reward like putting my gear back on or reducing the round length by a minute.
During the punishment phase the loser cannot escape or try to stop the punishment in any way. He can beg the winner to stop, but usually will have to agree to an alternative first, at the winner's discretion and for a full five minute duration.
In our matches, the winner is determined two ways. One: best of X rounds (usually 7) wins. Two: someone is forced to cum. In our matches, we are in a hotel and stay the night together, with the loser becoming the slave of the winner. We've been playing a long time, so we know each others' limits. Typically if I win, my bud is in for a long night of edgeplay. If I lose, my bud is going to wreck my balls and claw the fuck out of me. Sometimes we get creative, I was once forced to take a cold shower while sucking off my bud (who was outside the shower) until he blew his load! When I won, I would usually make him do crazy stuff like get me ice or a soda from the hotel wearing only his underwear!
To give an example how this goes. In our last match, in the first round I submitted to a very painful nerve claw in my armpit about 2 minutes in and my bud gutpunched me for the rest of the time (~3 minutes). The second round he pinned my arms and punched my gut over and over, occasionally punching my balls too, until I submitted in about 3 minutes, so for the remainder he clawed my aching gut with one hand and the other hand alternated between clawing my pit and my nuts. Third round, I was really tired and sore, so he had no problem forcing me against the wall and kneeing my balls hard, dropping me with nearly four minutes remaining. He chose to force me to strip, so I would be naked for the rest of the fight. Having lost three in a row, if I lost another round, I would be his bitch for the night! Fourth round he put me in several submission holds but I held on, winning the round. So I worked on his balls and gut for five minutes. Now he’s tired and hurting, so I was able to survive another round and I put him in a half crab and squeezed his balls hard. He begged me to stop, so the clock started over and I jerked him off in his briefs until he shot his load in them, making me the winner!
I'm not specifically into everything you mentioned, but I think the overall idea of this is a great way to handle stakes in extreme mismatch scenarios. Gives the smaller guy a way to win and some good motivation not to tap while making the bigger guy work harder if he wants to dominate.
Yeah my bud has a real thing for claws. He is especially wicked with nerve holds, usually in the pit, very painful! His gut claw can be especially brutal as well, especially when combined with previous gut abuse!

Exactly! Each jobber/heel can make their own mini stakes based on what they are into. Gives both a challenge!
