Completely uncommon since most people would be unfamiliar with the term "bicep bouncing", rather than flexing. Although to be technical, the same thing occurs in the case of the pecs. Its just that the much fuller muscle belly gives the illusion of a bounce. Anyway, when it comes to muscular display, the biceps are #1.
