Hey, my name is Pavel, I'm 32 years old from the north.
I trained in boxing for three years about five years ago, and I’ve been practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for nearly four years now, though with a long four-year break in between. I’m currently a blue belt with three stripes.

I’d love to meet people who are interested in some light sparring, rolling, or even MMA if anyone is up for it—nothing too intense, just for fun. The goal is to move, test ourselves, and, most importantly, keep our skills sharp without injuring each other.

I'd be happy to meet up on the grass, mats, or any soft surface that keeps us safe.
