Second dan in Tang soo do. Dropped the weightlifting for a bit to focus on cardio. Good with my hands at massage too.
Not into gut punching, inflicting intense pain or causing marks, but definitely up for pinning, stripping, oil wrestling and general grappling (clothed or not).
