I wrestled Brick Nero in a ring in Annapolis MD around 2000-01. Great body and had a ton of pro gear, but he was very arrogant, self-absorbed and narcissistic. It was all about him and his giant ego. The wrestling was not fun.

What happened to recpro wrestling? Website disappeared and the few videos on YouTube disappeared, too.
Wish I had bought the videos sold by this outfit back in the day. Last heard from contact with the operator was that he was "remastering" the videos but then he disappeared afterwards. Better than anything out today, as exemplified by the referenced video.

I met and wrestled with BrickNero many years ago when I was just starting out in the underground wrestling universe. I believe it was in California maybe late 90's or early 00's. We went super easy as he was not into much competition then. Remember him as a nice guy, with lots of experience. Had a fun time.

I wrestled Brick at a couple of Okie Rumbles in the mid-2000s. He was fun. We went easy and he does have a great body. Heavy smoker, which makes the sweat smell different, but still a good time.

Thx for posting this match. A jolt to my memory of early online play. Both Nero and Oz were early cyber role models.
I recognize the ring as being Long Beach where Brian George and Bill Hughes used to coach and film early matches.
