Is a facepin smother KO actually possible?

Blocking the airway can always lead to a ko but it can take longer and people tend to panic when their blood begins to get hypoxic. I also haven't seen as much research or anecdotal experience when it comes to hypoxic kos so the risks for cardiac arrest may be higher

You left out my favorite, a full nelson knockout. I’ve done it to guys and had it done to me. Most wrestlers don’t know it’s possible, though.
