I will say that it depends on whether you like the suit to fit tight or rather roomy! I am 6ft2 with a 36" waist and have their speedsuit in size medium and love the tight feeling, though it may take some time to get into. But then you don't want to get out again!
Does anyone have the size chart for the Nike Pro Elite speedsuits, typically team issue for the olympics?
