Very interisting theme!!
I Unfortunately have not so much selfconfidence since I am absolutely unexpierenced and say to myself " You have no chance..the other guy is much More skilled.
Everybody gets nervous before a fight. It's completely natural, and a part of Hunan instinct. It's the "fight or flight" human response. The crowd scenario can make it worse. It's natural and you can overcome it,thru training to build your confidence, and deciding that crowd energy can help you win the fight. Build on the belief that they want to see you win, and use that.
I've been there and used this to step in the ring and win.
For some reason when I watch boxing videos (like this: https://youtu.be/susBsJ7BNIk) I get uneasy and my head hurts. And yet I have no issue cybering and all that. Is this common? Is it because of my experience in karate and that one overreaction to the crowd getting hype? (Was getting changed into my Gi and the crowd got loud. For some reason I had thought there was sparring and there was a KO and I ended up having to leave the meet early due to my nervousness and paranoia, the latter of which is still strong to this day.)

Thanks. Maybe one day (maybe when I go off to college) I can find a coach on here and all that.
