I’ve been looking into programs to learn collegiate-style wrestling as an adult, but most of it seems to be either geared towards kids or for, like, Olympic-level adult wrestlers who have 10 years of experience. Are there any beginner classes anywhere in the Boston area, or is there just not enough of a demand for that?
Best place to look is a bjj/mma gym. A lace that teaches bjj and Muay Thai as the foundation for mma likely also teaches adult wrestling. And the assumption is that the adult wrestler class is inexperienced but wants to get better at takedowns/defenses.
