Hi everyone :-)
I have a question about mixed wrestling, I know a girl, she is 24 years old, I think she is about 180 cm (5.9 ft) and 75 to 80 kg (165 to 176 lbs), she does dancing, volleyball, swimming and a bit of basketball. She is a bit chubby and has pear shaped body, she looks strong, especially her lower body and thighs. I think her headscissors must be very tight and powerful, what do you think about that? What sort of headscissor should be the best with her body size (regular, figure four, reverse, ...) Thanks in advances for your responses :-)

If she is up for squeezing. Let her try all types of scissors. She will find what she enjoys.

I have been put in many headscissors by two particular females of about the same height 5’4” but of differing weights. The lighter one is a trained wrestler and the heavier one untrained but still a very worthy opponent (I’ve never beaten her or the other one). The trained one knows all the variants and to be honest every type of headscissors she uses is just as powerful and she has admitted she only uses about 40% of her leg power on me. However the untrained one only uses a few headscissors on me and her high tight front ones are way more powerful than her standing ones. She sometimes needs to use a hammerlock combo on the standing ones to get me to submit. Having never been in a taller woman’s scissors I can’t say if longer legs would have more power. Hope that helps?
