Not gonna lie, my stamina has never been great, and worse now after covid.
But it's not to hard to take breaks, grab water or something and keep going.
I've had matches last a couple hours doing that. Wrestle, chat each other, change things up. Go from comp to give and take.
To find someone close to my size with the stamina to wrestle for real for a minimum of 30 minutes. It's frustrating to spend months trying to set up a match and travel hours to meet and get to wrestle 5-15 minutes.
