How about a kettle bell weight?. I recently bought a cheap set at Aldi containing a 5,10 and 15 lb weights. All I need to do is suspend them from a ropes to swing ot using a eye- bolt, drop them on my gut. In the absence of finding local punchers, I need to resort to finding ways to do it myself. With the kettle bell weights, the 5-er is like a hard glove, the 15 is like a bowling ball.

That sounds really really good, especially the fifteen pounder. I want whatever it is to sink in through the muscles without slowing down at all, and have no control over the winded grunts that're forced out of me.

As a kickboxer as well as a boxer, I have taken knees and feet, in the form of front kicks, and reverse spinning heel kicks hard into the gut, no problem if your conditioned for this.
