Any gp in movies is fun to watch, but there's a lot to be said for the sucker punch. It's usually accompanied by a loud groan, followed by even more groaning, and the guy doubling over. I fantasize about hanging around with a guy for several hours, shooting pool or something. Then he sucker punches me at irregular intervals of time. He walks by and feints a punch several times until I start to relax, or he just stands close, and every little while, he spins around and drives his fist in. Having ten minutes or more between punches allows the pain to linger and be fully experienced before the next punch. There's a lot to be said for an occasional quick follow up punch that lands while I'm still groaning from the previous one. The sound forced out is quite entertaining.
I am a very big Fan of gutpunching scenes in Movies or tv shows.
Rare are long scenes when somebody get helt and punched in the gut many times.
Preferently handsome guys where the fist punches directly in their stomach without flexing. I think thats a hot scenario.
If you know about some scenes like that, Tell me
Since the heading suggests fiction and doesn't specify TV or movies ... I put a fair bit of GP in the story I wrote for MetalBond's site. The main character (me) gets roughed up a lot. Very over-the-top fantasy punishments but you might enjoy some of it.
Some months ago I posted a comment titled "GP in TV shows" and another one "GP in Movies." If those posts are still available you might find something interesting there.
A 1971 made for tv movie called 'Love, Hate, Love' in which Peter Haskell's character lays a serious beating on Ryan O'Neill's character including quite a bit of gut punching. If you find the movie on Y Tube the first fight starts at 11 minutes. Ryan gets his revenge at the 1hr mark but with no gut punching.
I have a novel titled "The Power of One," by Bryce Courtenay, about a young South African boy who becomes a boxer. I haven't actually read it, but I have it because of a few hot GP scenes in it. I don't remember how the book came to my attention. Anyway, there are two places in the book where the boy (now grown up) beats up a guy and punches him in the gut several times in succession – and the guy's reaction is to throw up, both times. I have never read anything like that in GP descriptions or even thought about it, and I certainly don't find it appealing, definitely not a turn-on, although I do find a description of a punchee getting the wind knocked out of him and doubling over a turn-on. Do any of you guys have thoughts about this? Thanks.
I searched the internet for book and author. who knows if there is an Italian version. in any case I saw the author, handsome man, I would have gladly given him some good punches. heheheh.
This has happened to me a few times in kickboxing sparring (we had buckets around, so I did not throw up on my opponents)... the first few times it was mentally uncomfortable and I felt embarrassed and weak. But actually it is a quite liberating feeling afterwards; your anxiety about it is gone. So after the first few times I now got used to it and embrace it, and work through it: do the thing in the bucket (stepping out to clean it up if necessary), take a break, step back into the ring for more sparring.

Dean Stockwell sucker punches Kyle MacLachlan's gut in Blue Velvet. Then Dennis Hopper works over Kyle as the hot young stud is held.
