This one, its a full 30 minutes of absolute beat down, so much the guy throws up several times but comes back for more. Not certain he was even flexing.
Most videos are 5 minutes long max and the guy gives up far too quickly, but not this one, he took some real punishment with real strong martial art punches. I do wonder what his insides were like after that!

He always took full force punches, no fake stuff, and seemed to love every minute of it. Unfortunately my trip (for work) was cancelled, and it never happened. Time brings change, and now I'm sure it will never happen... he's moved on.
For the gut punching fanatics (givers and takers). I must ask all of you, what is your fav Gut punching vid of all time to look at. For me It's always been Eli Black vs Morgan Cruise. How Cocky and feisty Eli was along with his amazing eight back. The different angles that were utilized outside of the ring, and just how well Eli sold the damage taken. I loved that vid man.
Another is one was Louis in Ab Attack 69, as well as one where he had on a red singlet and he was pushed to the wall and had his singlet pulled down and abs pounded.
Those those are definitely the all time favs. How about you guys?
