I think it's better to not TOTALLY ignore tap outs. Back off the pressure just a little. Give the jobber hope he will survive. Then force him to tap again...... and again..... and again.

I agree the concept is hot, but you need to be careful of course. I suggest having a safe word, so tapouts can be ignored but the safe word can’t.
