I LOVE to grapple and fight. Train in BJJ 2 hours + a day 4 days a week on average. It's the only exercise I do these days Have mat access!

When grappling/wrestling I can be mild on the mats or competitive and aggressive! I like it all! LOVE the chess-like competition. While I like it to be fun I do like to win!
The aggression and attitude on the mats is kept on the mats, and not taken off the mats! Wrestling and fighting for me are pure sport and I expect the aggression from the sport to never be taken personally.
I also enjoy a good fist fight!
