Had such a great meet with Dipper. First of all he’s tall which is always a bonus when you’ve got a thing for big long legs! I actually tried to resist him at first (although I’m not sure he even noticed I was struggling with how he controlled me..) but no matter what I did he managed to coil around me and keep squeezing over and over. He’s a really nice guy, kept checking in on me to make sure I was okay, and after a bit of chatting we realised we have a lot in common and are both film junkies! Highly recommend Dipper 100%, can’t wait to meet him again!!

I really enjoyed meeting Sam at the first Walthamstow group meet. A tough wrestler and a delightful guy to talk to off the mats. I very much hope to wrestle him again. Highly recommended

March 20. Enjoyed a good workout with Sam. Sam has guts and that's the heart of boxing. Full respect for travelling across London for an 8am start. I only regret that work cut our session short for me but we could have gone on for another full hour. Next time. Cheers Sam and keep that guard tight.

It was such a good fight! Amateur_Fighter is a fight Maschine and has fighter soul. Very good body, stamina and a very sweaty fight. He knows exactly how he needs to protect himself, how to control his opponent and beat him. It was a very long and fair fight with giving and taking. He showed me the basics of BJJ without Gi and has a talent how to explain things very well. It was a very instructive and amazing experience. The afternoon passed so quickly that we were wondering after approx. 6 hours of fighting with some breaks how late it was. Fighting with him is like drugs - it makes addicted and you want more and more. One of the best fights so far. Highly recommend - very reliable, very likable and intelligent - you can have very good conversations out of fighting. We definetly meet each other soon.

Was für ein toller Kampf. Amateur_Fighter ist eine Kampfmaschine und hat ein Kämpferherz. Mega toller Körper, viel Ausdauer und ein schweißtreibender Kampf. Er weiß ganz genau, wie er sich wehren soll, den Gegner kontrollieren und besiegen kann. Es war ein sehr langer toller und faier Kampf mit Geben und Nehmen. Er hat mir die Grundlagen von BJJ ohne Gi gezeigt, und hat eine Gabe einen gut etwas gut zu erklären. War eine sehr lehrreiche und ausgezeichnete Erfahrung. Der Nachmittag ist so schnell vergangen, dass wir nach ca. 6 Std Kampf mit Pausen uns gewundert haben, wie spät es war. Das Kämpfen mit ihm ist wie eine Droge - macht mega süchtig und man will nur mehr und mehr. Einer der besten Kämpfer bisher. Total zu empfehlen - sehr zuverlässig, sehr sympatisch und intelligent- man kann außer Kampf tolle Gespräche mit ihm führen. Bald treffen wir uns definitiv wieder.

Ed's reputation precedes him, and I was pretty nervous as to whether I'd measure up. Was relieved to find that beginners were welcome and even though I got flattened repeatedly, the meetup was good fun, a good workout and pretty educational.

Ed went easy on me, but I still got to burn off a few calories in a doomed attempt to him on his back. He proved to be a perfect pub companion as well, and was happy to stand his round. (I still owe you a Guinness.)

Thanks for organising everything, I'll definitely be at the next event.

Met up with Ed again, and he patiently took me through some basic boxing moves. I learned more from him - such as how to throw a hook - than I'd got from any number of group training sessions.

His own physical condition and passion for the sport are an inspiration in themselves. And of course, we had a chance to set the world to rights on the way back to the rail station. What more could you ask for ?

Frank was a good guy on and off the mats. Good-humoured, sane and safe. Though he's no heavier than me, he was way stronger, and I had no chance of getting out of his pins.

Still, it was good to get sweaty and burn some calories. Plenty to chat about as well, perhaps we'll get to the pub next time !

Jeff is a great guy who also happens to love to throw down rough and dirty. The best kind of buddy! Haven’t seen him in way too long but we aim to fix that this summer and we have all kinds of ideas for this grudge brawl. Stay tuned. Can’t wait to get my hands and fists on him again!!

Had a fun match with chispeedo, well it was less of a match but rather learning some collegiate wrestling from him, which I have never done. Chispeedo was a coach so he was very patient but also knows how to make things make sense to someone who's new.

Very nice guy off the mat too, had a great chat with him afterwards. If you're interested in collegiate wrestling hit chispeedo up!

Des 2 côtés , parfois les engagements au combat ont été parfois inattendus ;-)
Ugo clever ne manque pas d'idées , très agile et rapide, il manque un peu de technique, et malgré son petit gabarit il manquera pas de chahuter quelques lutteurs sur ce site, avec son côté bagarreur.
Très bonne session, pour gars fiable , et qui tient ses engagements

What can I say about this guy , met a couple of years ago and I think we had the best pro match I have ever had .
Mike is a great opponent , very safe , he is pro trained but knew my limits and we had a blast , he comes highly recommended
